Home Integration
With our home security program, Comporium has expanded its services to include the structured wiring of homes during the construction process. By becoming involved in the construction process, telecommunications companies can “get to the customer first”. We call this program “Home Integration”.
Currently, Comporium has relationships with over seventy-five builders in our area, which includes the rapidly growing bedroom communities of Charlotte, NC. These relationships with residential developers have resulted in subscriber increases by the neighborhood—not just by the house.
Participation in the Home Integration Program is popular with builders because it saves them time and headaches, walking buyers through the details of outlet placement and services dilemmas. The Home Integration Program provides both the builder and the homebuyer one point of contact for all of our services —the Home Integration Coordinator.
In addition to home security systems, customers can add home theater equipment, including plasma TVs and whole-house sound. Whole-house high-speed Internet is another popular feature.
